Baddha Konasana: In this pose, you lay flat on your back with both feet flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart. Keep your neck and spine straight, and lift your hips off the floor. Hold for up to 30 seconds.

Cat-Cow: In this posture, you lie down on your stomach with both legs bent at 90 degrees, and place your palms flat on the floor next to either side of your head. Lift yourself up using onlyyour abdominal muscles until your torso is in line with both legs, then press down into your hands and thighs to move into cat pose (hyperextended knees). Stay here for up to 30 seconds before lowering back down into cow pose (thighs bent toward the floor).
